Patient Support Group

The support group meetings are focused on patients providing support and advice to each other, alongside outside speakers giving motivational and/or informative talks.

A patient support group meeting is run by our bariatric specialist nurse on a monthly basis.

These are held on the first Tuesday of every month from 7-9pm at Spire Bushey Hospital.

It is a chance to meet other patients who have had surgery or who are waiting for surgery. You can obtain a lot of information and support by attending these. Each session will have a different theme or topic and you will also have the opportunity to discuss issues with a surgeon.
